Born in Bophut
A coffee project rooted in Koh Samui — a real bar, real guests, real mornings.

About
How a coffee project in Bophut became a coffee-solutions business — without losing the reason it started.
Our story
We opened in the Bophut area of Koh Samui in 2021 with a simple belief: coffee is better when it brings people together. In 2026 we returned to Bophut, reconnecting with the district where the story began.
What grew out of that local coffee community is a wider coffee-solutions business serving hospitality and commercial partners across the island and beyond. The order matters. We did not start as a supplier and add a café; we started with a bar, a neighbourhood and a standard, and the commercial work followed.
A coffee project rooted in Koh Samui — a real bar, real guests, real mornings.
Coffee as a platform for relationships and collaboration, not just a product to sell.
Working with hotels and businesses that need a coffee program they can depend on.
Preserving the quality of a good bar while building operations that repeat it.
Coffee philosophy
Quality is the ability to deliver a consistently good cup, again and again — which means aligning people, machines, ingredients and process around a clear standard.
This is especially true in hotels, where a beautiful single cup is not enough. A program has to survive the breakfast rush, several shifts, staff turnover and the occasional bad morning.
Roasting & quality
Our commercial work is supported by professional roasting and blend-development capability within the wider coffee group we belong to — covering green sourcing, roasting, blending and packing.
That backbone is what lets us say yes to a custom blend, hold a profile steady across batches, and keep a hotel supplied through high season without changing what is in the cup.
The wider ecosystem
We sit inside a broader group of coffee businesses. For most customers this is invisible — you deal with Roastery Village. It matters when you need something a café normally cannot provide: a bespoke roast profile, a machine fleet, or a technician on the island.
Sustainability
We would rather describe where we are heading than decorate a page with claims we cannot yet evidence. These are the commitments we are working to document properly.
Certification wording, emissions figures and sourcing claims will be published here only once they are supported by current documentation.
The bar in Bophut is open to anyone — including operators who want to see how we work before they talk numbers.
